What condition does the item need to be in to be returned?
Items must be new, unused, and unworn, with all original tags attached and intact. Original packaging must be included. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox, undamaged and free of shipping labels.
What items cannot be returned?
• Customized or personalized items. • Items not purchased directly from bbcicecream.com. • Gift cards and store credit. • Worn, washed, damaged, or items missing original tags/packaging. • Underwear, socks, swimwear and intimate apparel*. *Under EU D
Can I return items I bought from a third-party retailer or reseller?
No. Billionaire Boys Club only accepts returns for items purchased directly from bbcicecream.com. For items bought elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Contact Billionaire Boys Club Customer Support at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, Billionaire Boys Club will issue
