My country isn’t on the eligible list. Can I still return my order?
Unfortunately, no. Billionaire Boys Club's international returns program is limited to the countries and regions listed above. Orders shipped to all other destinations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Visit our International Return Portal at bbcicecream.com/returns. Enter your Order ID and the email address used at checkout, select the item(s) you wish to return, and submit your request. Do not ship anything back before receiving a Return Authoriz
What happens after I submit a return request?
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, you’ll receive an RA number and return shipping instructions by email. Items sent back without a valid RA number will be refused.
Can I exchange an item?
Billionaire Boys Club does not offer direct exchanges on international orders. To get a different size, color, or style, return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately on bbcicecream.com.
